Yodel kid Mason Ramsey sings 'Old Town Road' with Miley Cyrus

Remember Mason Ramsey, the kid whose Walmart yodeling antics went viral in April 2018?

Well, it looks like his star is continuing to rise.

On Sunday, Ramsey appeared in a Twitter video, singing Lil Nas X's unstoppable hit "Old Town Road" alongside none other than Miley Cyrus, whose father, Billy Ray Cyrus, featured on the remix.

"I’m gonna take @masonramsey to the old town road .... cause he can’t drive yet," tweeted the pop star.

The video was taken backstage at the Grande Ole Opry — a weekly country music event in Nashville, Texas. Ramsey attended the event and appeared on stage to sing "Old Town Road" alongside Billy Ray himself, who was on the bill.

Ramsey actually featured in a remixed version of the track alongside Young Thug earlier in the month, so his appearance isn't quite as random as it sounds.

Ramsey's video with Miley shouldn't come as that much of a surprise, either. The kid is a pretty big deal. He now has over 700,000 subscribers on Youtube, and he's been on tour for much of 2019.

Plenty of people go viral and then you never hear from them again, but not Ramsey.

That kid's going places.
