New York Attorney General sues e-cig maker Juul

New York Attorney General Leticia James announced that New York is suing Juul Tuesday morning — saying juul is illegally targeting teenagers, and misrepresenting the amount of nicotine in its products. California attorney general Xavier Becerra filed a similar suit yesterday. In a statement in response to that suit, Juul said it was committed to "earning the trust of society by working cooperatively with attorneys general, regulators, public health officials, and other stakeholders to combat underage use."
