There is a Warehouse/Distribution facility being built at Bear Road in York by NP Manchester Commerce Center, LLC that is expected to be more than 2 million square feet when it is completed. Currently, though, the plans are for a 586,780-square-foot facility. Construction should be completed in September.

It is also worth noting that Core5 Logistics Center at Codorus Creek consists of five buildings, totaling 1.63 million square feet, but buildings four and five will not be completed until 2025. When this facility is finished, it will be the largest industrial complex until the completion of the facility at Bear Road.

Additionally, three warehouses totaling over 1.9 million square feet on 200 acres have been proposed for the area of Bull and Canal Roads in Dover Township. If approved, that complex will be in the top three largest warehouse/industrial sites in York County.
