Then again, we thought that a few weeks back when the Giants defeated them 13-7 and ended their two-game winning streak. The Giants could field Daniel Jones, Mike Glennon, or Jake Fromm under center in Week 16. Judging what their offense will look like is extremely tough to do. The Eagles should win, but betting on them to cover the spread is dangerous."

Sterling Shepard is done for the year so not only do they enter this one on a losing streak, but they have to do it without their best receiver. The Eagles play on Tuesday but if they can come out of that game without any significant injuries and a win, that sets them up for success in this matchup. These teams met in Week 12 and the Giants won 13-7. Hopefully, the Eagles had a chance to get healthier and if so, they should cover here."

The Giants' offense is looking worse as their season slides, and Jones, for as mediocre as he’s been, may not even be available because of a neck injury. The Eagles will have to plan for a quick turnaround, but they are relatively healthy entering their Tuesday night matchup against Washington. If they come away with a win and a healthy enough roster, they should be able to dominate this Giants team at the line of scrimmage in a must-win scenario."

That means, of course, that Philadelphia will be facing the Giants with an exceptionally short week of preparation. As poorly as the Giants have been playing, though, will it matter? Oddsmakers apparently don’t think so."
