York groundhogs predict early spring ... and one foretells Super Bowl LVII winner

Punxsutawney Phil might have predicted six more weeks of winter, but three groundhogs in York County disagree, saying spring will arrive early this year.

And one of the groundhogs − Poor Richard − made another prediction, too.

The rodent says the Philadelphia Eagles will win against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII.

"...the good news is the Eagles will soar and send the Kansas City Chiefs home with a very low score," Richard said through a human spokesman, George “Skip” Lehmann. "For the birds have Poor Richard connecting with their fate, and with a little good luck, we'll bring pride to our state."

Meanwhile, Dover Doug predicted that spring is coming, according to the Dover Township Facebook page.
