This summer, you can skip mowing your lawn. It'll take care of itself-well, sort of. With Husqvarna's robotic lawnmower, you can kick back and relax with an ice-cold drink while it cuts your grass for you. If that's not the dream, I don't know what is.

Husqvarna's Automower 315 works on medium-size lawns, up to 0.4 acres (if you've got a bigger lawn, there are other models for you!), and it can cut grass to a maximum length of 2.4 inches and a minimum length of 0.8 inch. It has a charging time of approximately one hour, and that hour can power a mowing session up to 70 minutes long. It cuts in a spiral pattern with a three-blade cutting system to even out grass heights. You can customize it, too-give it a pop of color with a snap-on cover in white, gray, or orange.

One of the best things about the Automower is that it's weather resistant and actually works in the rain. Not only that, but it has a patented Weather Timer feature that adjusts the working time to the lawn's growth rate, meaning it automatically maximizes its mowing times during periods of strong grass growth. So, if it's particularly sunny and dry, it'll actually spend less time mowing your lawn, which decreases the amount of wear on your mower over time. It also can sense passageways and obstacles and find ways around them and, with the installed guide wire, can easily find its way back to its charging hub when it's finished mowing.

Of course, a robot designed to do one of your least favorite chores for you is going to come at a price, and the Husqvarna Automower 315 is no exception. A summer free of manual lawn mowing will cost you $1799, but as a bonus, that price includes expert installation from a Husqvarna pro.
