For some, a medical crisis like open-heart surgery at 30, could really affect one’s outlook on life, but not Martin.

“I’m always a happy person I love making people laugh it’s what I was put on this earth to do and I’m not going to let something like 80% heart failure stop me,” said Taylor Martin.

To round out the day, Taylor Martin and his friends and family walked the concourse at Toyota Field to raise awareness for American Heart Month and show support for Taylor and his recovery.
