Fear Fest
About: Fear Fest is celebrating 25 years of frightful fun and bills itself as Illinois' largest and best haunted attraction with three haunts in one location: The haunted barn, haunted hayride and creepy carnival.

Cost: You can choose to do any of the three activities for $15 each or all three for $40.

Twisted Crypt Haunted House

Karnival of Karnage
About: The Boone County Fairgrounds is one of the happiest places to go in the summer. This time of year, it is one of the scariest as the Karnival of Karnage, a haunted house looks to scare visitors at every turn.
