Yuba City man arrested after attacking deputy with bear spray

A Yuba City man is in jail after using a can of bear spray to attack a Sutter County sheriff's deputy during arrest, authorities said. The Sheriff's Office said they were called to a suspicious vehicle on Friday, near Highway 99 and Lincoln Road in Yuba City.
