Zelensky establishes Lysychansk Military Administration and appoints its governor

This is stated in the decree dated June 11 published on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

According to the decree, the President instructed the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Luhansk Regional State Administration to take measures related to the establishment of a Lysychansk Military Administration.

The city, in Luhansk Oblast, is currently under artillery attack by the enemy: Russian invasion forces are destroying plants in Lysychansk, the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Hayday said on June 11.
