Zelenskyy convenes meeting of Staff of Supreme Commander-in-Chief

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held a regular meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff to discuss Russian plans and ways to respond.

Quote: "The Commander-in-Chief and the commanders of the operational command forces reported on the current situation on the front line and the actions taken by the defence forces to liberate Ukrainian territory.

Staff members also heard information from the intelligence chiefs about the enemy's plans for the near future.

Ways of responding to possible challenges related to the actions of the enemy were agreed upon".

Details: The meeting also focused on the progress made on repairing the energy system and how to protect it from possible Russian attacks.

Members of the Staff also discussed the provision of citizens with connectivity and access to heating, and analysed the pace of rollout of the invincibility centres.

The following officials attended the meeting: Andrii Yermak, Head of the Office of the President; Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council; Oleksii Reznikov, Minister of Defence; Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of Defence Intelligence; Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine; Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander of the Ground Forces; and the commanders of the operational command forces.

They were joined by Denys Monastyrskyi, Minister of Internal Affairs; Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Oleksandr Kubrakov, Minister of Infrastructure; other members of the Government, and heads of security agencies and law enforcement bodies.
