President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Russia’s relentless attacks on the city of Kherson are a loser’s act of revenge.

Quote: "I receive reports about the occupiers’ attacks on Kherson and other hromadas in [Kherson] Oblast almost every hour. This terror began immediately after the Russian army was forced to withdraw from Kherson Oblast. This is the revenge of those who lost.
They do not know how to fight. The only thing they can still do is terrorise [us]. They resort to either energy terror, or artillery terror, or missile terror; that's all that’s left of Russia under its current leaders."
Details: Zelenskyy stressed that only liberating Ukrainian territory from Russian occupation and reliable security guarantees can protect Ukrainian people from new Russian escalations.
"We are working with our partners every day to achieve this. Soon we will have important news," he promised.
The president also recalled that today marks nine months since the beginning of the full-scale war.
"Russia hasn’t found a way to break us. And it will not find it. We must continue to stand strong, like we do now, in the future! To stand in unity and to help each other," he said.
Previously: Russian occupation forces deployed artillery and MLRS to attack a residential neighbourhood in the city of Kherson on the evening of Thursday, 24 November, killing 7 civilians and injuring another 21.
