Zelenskyy: Russia has deployed all its resources to destroy us

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine said that Russia has deployed almost all its resources to exterminate Ukrainians and that some regions of Russia are becoming even poorer than in the 1990s as a result.

In the Russian regions, it is openly said that their so-called ‘special operation’ is the cause of the economic downturn: in particular, in industries such as construction and many others. It is also the cause for the growing poverty of the people [in Russia], which may be even worse than in the 1990s."
"Rising prices, devaluation of income, destruction of all the economic potential that has been created in Russia since the 2000s – all this has not yet stopped the invaders. But the colossal costs of the war do not help them, either. And will not help them."
