Zoe Saldana, 42, Just Showed Off Her Crazy-Toned Abs In A New Instagram Photo

Zoe Saldana has always been #fitnessgoals, but the actress, 42, just shared a new Instagram post—and it’s hard not to notice that her abs look amazing.

The post is simple: In it, Zoe is wearing a black Adidas sports bra and leggings with her hair loose. "#wegotthis," she wrote in the caption. But that's just makes it all the more easy to see that Zoe, who is a mom of three, btw, has abs you could grate cheese on.

People definitely pointed out in the comments how good she looks. "Queen 👑," one fan wrote. "🔥🔥❤️ !!" another said.

The Guardians of the Galaxy star doesn’t share a ton of fitness content on Instagram, but she’s revealed in the past that she has a pretty relatable approach to health and exercise.

"Between travel, meetings, and shoots, schedules are rough for me," she previously told Shape magazine. "I try to work out three times a week, but I don't believe in getting on one machine for 30 minutes. If I do a lot of cardio, it usually just means I'll be dragging my feet for the rest of the day. And when I'm shooting, I really don't like to be strict with my workout, since I'm already putting in 16-hour days."

Instead, Zoe is big on doing 20-minute interval workouts, either at home or in her gym. During those seshes, she’ll do things like run in place for 30 seconds, followed by squats, and then do the whole thing again while carrying a heavy medicine ball to get her heart rate up.

But Zoe said she also tries to eat well. "I can't work out regularly, so I compensate by eating a lot healthier than I might otherwise," she told Shape. "Once you have relatively healthy eating habits, your workout can become playing with your kids, strolling around the neighborhood, playing airplane, or just changing diapers."

Zoe also told Bon Appetit that she tries to eat healthy most of the time. She says she gets "pretty creative with eggs" and also likes to start her day with mashed avocados and sliced tomatoes on toast.

Also, she’s anti-diet, something she wrote about on Facebook back in 2015. "I am going to remove the word 'diet' from my life. I am going to remind myself that it is not about losing weight, it is about being healthy, feeling healthy, for the rest of my life," she wrote. "I am gonna try to focus on what weekends are really for—resting and making time for your loved ones... And when chow time arrives? I will make amazing and healthy decisions."
