Zoom Technology shares suspended
Zoom Technologies shares were suspended through April 8th, after the stock was confused with Zoom Video. Yahoo Finance’s Julie Hyman breaks down the news.

JULIE HYMAN: And speaking of doing your homework, apparently people were not doing their homework when it came to tickers. There's a company called Zoom Technologies. The ticker is ZOOM. Not to be confused with Zoom Video Communications, ticker ZM. A lot of people apparently were making that mistake.
Zoom Technologies shares were suspended by the US Securities and Exchange Commission today through April 8th, after that stock had climbed in recent weeks on confusion, perhaps, between the two tickers. Zoom Video, ZM, those shares are climbing today about 2 and 1/4 percent. We're also seeing, by the way, shares of Slack get a lift today. WORK is the ticker on that one. And that's after the CEO made some comments about seeing an increase in traffic. Keep it right here on Yahoo Finance.
