Looking to stay fit without making exercise a chore? In an interview with Relaxnews, Zumba Fitness creator Beto Perez explained that the key is to put on your favorite tracks and keep moving throughout the day.
Perez’s top workout tracks include Daddy Yankee’s “El Jefe,” Don Omar’s “Danza Kuduro,” Mara’s “Crazy Love” and the Zumba track “Caipirinha” -- tracks that have a strong Latino edge, a pumping beat, and lyrics to keep you motivated.
While it's easy to get caught up in your work and end up stuck behind a desk without budging for eight hours a day, you can make a huge difference to your overall health by integrating movement into your workday schedule, says Perez.
He also says a key way to stick to your fitness goals and to keep yourself motivated is to make exercise fun. Add some music, grab some friends and reward yourself for sticking to your goals.
