ABC News/Yahoo News Exclusive: President Obama answers Yahoo user on waiting to rollout initiatives at SOTU

In an exclusive sit-down interview with ABC News' Diane Sawyer on Thursday, President Obama answered a question from a Yahoo user about why he waited until this week's State of the Union address to roll out several new initiatives designed to assist Americans struggling in the present economy.
