Newt Gingrich’s Florida speech: ‘We will be in Tampa as the nominee in August’

New Gingrich finished a distant second in Florida on Tuesday, disappointing supporters who hoped he might capitalize on his win in South Carolina. He may also have disappointed Mitt Romney; at no time during Gingrich's speech—delivered, he said, without a Teleprompter—did he congratulate the man who won.
