Husband arrested, charged with murder in death of missing Cuyahoga Falls woman
Last week, a 33-year-old Cuyahoga Falls mother of three was reported missing by her husband.
On Tuesday, her body was found in woods off the Freedom Trail in Stow and her husband is now charged in her death.
James Rimal, 33, of Cuyahoga Falls is charged with murder, strangulation, tampering with evidence, domestic violence and making false alarms in the death of his wife, Chandra Maya Poudel-Rimal, according to Stow Municipal Court documents.
He will be arraigned by video Thursday
Rimal was hospitalized as of Tuesday evening, Cuyahoga Falls police said, but no other information was immediately available about his condition or whether he had been placed under arrest Wednesday.
The couple's three children were with family as of Wednesday afternoon, Cuyahoga Falls police said.

A warrant for Rimal's arrest was issued after officials identified the body of Poudel-Rimal on Tuesday. Her remains were located earlier in the day along the Summit Metro Parks path near Middlebury Road — along the Summit-Portage county line.
Rimal reported his wife missing to Cuyahoga Falls police the morning of Feb. 21. The department said in a news release Saturday that the home and immediate surroundings were searched, and interviews were conducted with family and neighbors.
Poudel-Rimal's body was found about 5 miles away from their home. The Cuyahoga River cuts through the wooded Freedom Trail area, where a former railroad line has been converted to a hike and bike route connecting Akron and Kent.
Cuyahoga Falls police were joined at the investigation scene by the Stow and Kent departments and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
A neighbor who spoke with the Beacon Journal on Wednesday said she moved onto the cul-de-sac in the Water Works area of Cuyahoga Falls six months ago, so she didn't have much contact with the family. Every now and then, she said, she would see Poudel-Rimal playing outside with the children.
"I saw (Rimal's) picture in the newspaper, and that was the first time that I saw him; I didn't even know that's what he looked like," said the neighbor, who did not provide her name.
Balloons were left in the front yard to memorialize Poudel-Rimal. No other neighbors could be reached for comment.
