Clear skies return to Bucks County after Tuesday morning snow storm

The system that dropped several inches of snow on the region has moved on as blue skies returned Tuesday afternoon.

Temperatures will remain seasonal in Bucks County for the rest of the week.

"So the storm has moved out and off shore, and the rain and snow has stopped entirely in Pennsylvania," said Alex Starrmann, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service. "And for the rest of the week, temperatures will be a bit below normal on Wednesday, with temperatures in the low to mid 30s.

Starrmann said the only concern is possible wind gusts on Wednesday, which may reach up to 30 mph. Those gusts could damage to power lines and trees saddled with wet snow.
