A Japanese man has become the nation's first cyclist to be arrested over a road rage incident since traffic laws were recently revised to curb dangerous driving. Akihiko Narushima, 33, allegedly swerved his bicycle in an erratic manner across the street obstructing vehicles, at one point directly cycling towards a woman in her 40s driving a car. Mr Narushima, a part-time labourer, was already in custody when the arrest warrant was issued, after allegedly grabbing an elderly man who tried to reprimand him for dangerous cycling.

The Trump campaign's website was briefly hacked late Tuesday, with the culprits posting a typo-riddled message on the site threatening to release “evidence” of the president's “criminal involvement” in a supposed scheme to sway next week's election.
