Peoria Heights restaurant brings back weekday lunch hours. Here's what to know
Jim’s Bistro is now open from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Wednesday through Friday for lunch hours.
While the Peoria Heights restaurant previously offered lunch, owner Jim Comfort said staffing the midday hours had become more challenging. He said Jim's Bistro now has the staffing it needs.
"We've got a great staff, and everybody wants to work," he said.
Comfort said the lunch menu features wraps, burgers, salads and sandwiches. Customers will be able to find some menu items − such as the raging bull burger − on both the lunch and dinner menu.
Eventually, Comfort said his goal is to offer lunch five days a week.

The establishment − situated at 4612 N. Prospect Road − is also open from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Raging bull burger − which includes bleu cheese, bacon, horseradish and buffalo sauce − for $19.50
Chicken pot pie for $28
