See the damage from tornado in Marianna, Florida

Severe weather moving across North Florida spawned multiple tornadoes Tuesday morning.

The National Weather Service in Tallahassee reported a tornado on the ground, crossing I-10 on the southeast side of Marianna at 7:34 a.m.

Jackson County Administrator Wilanne Daniels said the reported tornado caused "pretty substantial damage" to the Spring Chase neighborhood off Blue Springs Highway and the Florida Caverns RV Resort at Merritt’s Mill Pond on U.S. Highway 90 in Marianna.

Videos and photos posted to X, formerly Twitter, showed overturned semi-trailers on the interstate and devastating damage in Marianna.
