Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey on Sunday has had a chain reaction in and out of traditional and social media circles.

After a heated exchange regarding race relations with her co-hosts on “The Talk,” Sharon Obsourne experienced intense backlash for defending her good friend Piers Morgan, who made incendiary comments about Markle following the top-rated CBS television special.

On Friday, Osbourne took to social media to apologize for her words — which many believed were strong and wrong.

“After some reflection, after sitting with your comments & sitting with my heart I would like to address the discussion on ‘The Talk’ this past Wednesday,” the wife and longtime manager of Ozzy Osbourne wrote and posted on Twitter.

She added in part, “...I have deep respect & love for the Black community. To anyone of colour that I offended and/or to anyone that feels confused or let down by what I said, I am truly sorry.”

The 68-year-old mother of three, who has dual citizenship in the U.S. and her native United Kingdom, furthered: “I panicked, felt blindsided, got defensive & allowed my fear & horror of being accused of being racist take over. There are very few things that hurt my heart more than racism so to feel associated with that spun me fast! I am not perfect, I am still learning like the rest of us & will continue to learn, listen and do better.”

When Morgan got wind of her apology, he went ballistic.

The ex-CNN host reposted Osbourne’s apology, and added: “Sharon’s been shamed & bullied into apologising for defending me against colleagues accusing me of racism because I don’t believe Meghan Markle’s bullsh*t.”

“I demand an apology from those @TheTalkCBS bullies for their disgraceful slurs against ME,” he urged.

In true self-aggrandizing and pompous form, Morgan allegedly quit his gig at “Good Morning Britain” on Tuesday rather than apologize for saying he didn’t’ believe “a word” of the Duchess of Sussex’s interview with Winfrey.

He’s always been hotter than fish-frying-pan grease when it comes to the Los Angeles-born beauty.

Through the years, the winner of Donald Trump’s reality competition series “The Apprentice” has gone out of his way to trash the former “Suits” star after he allegedly took her out for drinks and she stopped communicating with him once her relationship with Prince Harry started.

Osbourne, who keeps close ties with the 55-year-old father of four, appeared to be exasperated when discussing his open hatred for Markle, insisting it has nothing to with race.

She defiantly demanded to Underwood: “Educate me! Tell me what [Piers] said that was racist!”

Underwood, a beloved comedian and armed forces veteran, replied that Morgan’s negative comments about Markle had “the implication” of being racist.

Morgan has doubled down on his stance, calling Markle’s comments “contemptible” and a “diatribe of bilge.”

Osbourne is the only original co-host who has remained on the CBS talk show since its 2010 inception.

The show is currently co-hosted by Osbourne, Underwood, former “Teen Vogue” editor Elaine Welteroth and Nick Cordero’s widow, Amanda Kloots.

No word on if any will take heed to Morgan’s demands.
