- 抹茶紅豆乳酪包 放低很久已沒有將乳酪加入製作麵包, 今次再做全因新入手在citysuper看到日式乳酪(當然亦可用一般市面乳酪),心血來潮手癢癢便製作一個、 雖然放低多時幸好製作出來之成品都一樣好吃和好看, 今回就跟大家一同分享近期之製作啦。。。 (材料) 1) 高筋麵粉 150g 2) 酵母 1/2tso 3)糖 15g 4)暖水 约40ml 5)原味yogurt 60g 6)油 1 tbsp 7) 鹽 ¼ tsp 8)抹茶 1tsp 9) 紅豆蓉 適量 10) 迷你吐司模 7吋半x2吋半一個 1) 除了油及抹茶粉外將所有材料混合,搓揉7至8分鐘後將其一分為二(油可在搓至麵糰混合後加入)、另一份便加入抹茶粉一併搓揉,全程搓上10-12分鐘 2) 放入密封的地方, 例如未開爐之焗爐內發酵50至55分鐘, 作為第一次發酵 3) 將原味與及抹茶麵糰分為兩等份, 再將每份一分為二共四份、 「相等於兩份原味與及抹茶」繼而用木棍將麵糰桿平, 原味麵糰放底層繼而將抹茶麵糰放在上面、 最後放入紅豆餡隨隨捲入收緊麵糰口向下, 放入土司模內作第二次發酵、發酵時間為期50至55分鐘、 如果遇上是(冬天)可以在側旁放一杯(暖水)有助發酵 ☆紅豆蓉隨了可自行做亦可在一些香港日式百貨,如吉之島或一田超���買到☆ 預熱焗爐180度15分鐘, 放入焗前灑上高筋麵粉焗至18分鐘左右便可完成 最重要的是自己搓的麵包沒有膨脹劑以及添加劑,食得安心之時又放心。小記: 每個焗爐火力略有偏差, 所以焗爐時間只作為參考準則。☆建議用上原味乳酪☆ 喜歡的隨時歡迎收藏或分享我食譜~ 有興趣想知更多最新飮飮食食消息可到Facebook觀看,多謝! https://www.facebook.com/Sweetapplefood/ http://applepurehk.blogspot.hk/2018/05/blog-post_9.html
