Swifties get ready for a morning of yummy food and non-stop dancing at Rachel's Lakeside’s TSwift Brunch and Dance Party. Dive into the Taylor Swift-inspired breakfast menu, featuring dishes like "Scrambled EGG-Game," "Breakfast Po"TAY"toes," and "Dancing with our HAMs tied." Don't miss the "Tortelloni Paper Rings" or the "Bejeweled" Belgian Waffle Bar with fruit and whipped cream toppings. Indulge your sweet tooth at the "Enchanted" Donut Bar and refresh at the "Lover" Lemonade Station. DJ Jordan Paiva will be spinning Taylor Swift's greatest hits from the Eras Tour and dressing up in a Taylor-inspired outfit is encouraged. Brunch will be from 10 to 11 a.m. with dancing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 11, at 950 State Road, North Dartmouth. Planning a Valentine’s Day date night? Make reservations now for the date night trivia at Davoll's General Store, 1228 Russells Mills Road, South Dartmouth. They are hosting a four-course meal with trivia at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14. For $65 the offerings are baked oysters, salt roasted beet salad, chocolate pot de crème, and your choice of either Meyer lemon and ricotta ravioli or braised short ribs. There’s a new spot that just opened up in Middleboro and you’re going to want to check it out. HomeRootts Bistro is now serving up delightful food at 16 Wareham St., Middleboro. The menu has a variety of options from appetizers like Beer Brined Chicken Wings ($13), Maple Bourbon Pork Belly Burnt Ends ($14), and BBQ Nachos ($15); entrées like Southwest, Teriyaki, or Korean BBQ Bowls ($16); BBQ Pork, Hot Honey Chicken or Street Corn Shrimp Tacos; as wells as flatbreads, salad, and sandwiches.
