Donald Trump weighed in via social media hours before the kick-off of Super Bowl LVIII — but on Taylor Swift and not the NFL championship game.

In short, Trump cautioned Swift to not be "disloyal."

Swift, the world's most popular performing artist, has been the focus of far-right political conspiracy theories, including one that she is a Pentagon operative and another that she would be at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas to endorse President Joe Biden.

Swift is at the game in Allegiant Stadium, but to cheer her bf, Kansas City star tight end Travis Kelce.

Trump's missive stated "there's no way she could endorse Crooked Joe Biden ... and be disloyal to the man who made her so much money."

The latter would be Trump, who in the post took credit for the Music Modernization Act, which the former president signed into law in 2018. The act was intended to update copyright law to make it more "fair for creators and more efficient for digital music providers," according to the U.S. Copyright Office.

Trump also added in the post: "Besides that, I like her boyfriend, Travis, even though he may be a Liberal, and probably can’t stand me!"

Curiously, Kelce appears in public service advertisements touting COVID vaccinations, a vaccine developed in the last year of the Trump administration and which the former president at one time touted as landmark achievement of his term in office.
