Former President Donald Trump will attend an appeals court hearing today over whether he’s immune from prosecution if the charges are tied to his past actions in the White House.
Why it matters: The court’s decision could determine whether Trump will go to trial in his federal election interference case, and the timing of that and his other cases. [New York Times]
