Where is it warmer than Oklahoma? A lot of places, and not where you'd think

As of 11 a.m. January 16, it was a brisk 12 degrees in Oklahoma City and the forecasted high was only 25 degrees.

And tomorrow won't exactly feel like a day in the tropics, either.

So, let's take a look at some places in the Northern Hemisphere, in no particular order, that are warmer than Oklahoma right now according to timeanddate.com.
