Winter storm: East Stroudsburg, Honesdale declare snow emergencies

Municipalities in the Poconos have begun declaring snow emergencies as heavy snow is expected Monday night into Tuesday.

Honesdale's snow emergency starts at midnight and lasts until further notice.

East Stroudsburg's snow emergency is effective from 3 a.m. Tuesday to 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Vehicles should not park on snow emergency routes during these times.
