Many cell phone customers are facing a nationwide outage that is affecting AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile customers Thursday.

It's still unknown what caused the outages, and it's also unclear when it may be resolved. This has left many cell users without any service, or only "SOS" service which allows customers without service to call emergency services. Some users have reported not even being able to do that.

Verizon customers need to log into Verizon's website to check on outages. You'll be able to check on repair status and find troubleshooting information. The site also offers an outage map.
